I’m a qualified psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, teenagers, and adults through life’s challenges. In my work, I combine evidence-based psychological approaches with insights from coaching and yoga to offer gentle, practical ways to help you manage stress, improve sleep, and feel more grounded and resilient.
I understand how intense and all-consuming stress can feel—especially during times like exams or major life transitions. My aim is to offer a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, and where we can work together to restore a sense of balance and wellbeing at your own pace.
